Human Resource Manager

This position will be on site supporting our Lakewood Family Dental practices. This position will be Monday - Friday with some travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee orientation, and evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws, including FMLA and OSHA regulations.
• Facilitate change management initiatives and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills.
• Manage employee relations and maintain effective communication across departments.
• Utilize HR software such as Workday and Paychex for payroll and data management.
• Lead projects aimed at improving organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years HR leadership experience required
• Proven experience in human resources management and employee relations
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage change effectively
• Knowledge of employment and labor law, including FMLA regulations
• Expertise in talent acquisition, employee orientation, and evaluation
• Familiarity with HR software such as Workday, Paychex, and Oracle HCM
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
