Responsibilities
- Engage with potential referral sources through telemarketing and inside sales efforts to generate leads and close sales.
- Utilize systemto manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records of customer information.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Collaborate with the business development team to identify market trends and opportunities for growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
- Conduct follow-up calls and emails to nurture leads and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Prepare and deliver presentations through Zoom that showcase our products' features and benefits to potential clients.
Experience
- Proven experience, but not necessary, in technical sales or inside sales, preferably within a medical related industry.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Experience in telemarketing or business development is a plus.
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities in the market and driving results through effective sales strategies.
