What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Monitor position at Independence House?
Independence House Out-Patient Services is a Community Corrections Treatment Center located in Denver, Colorado.
Responsibilities are monitoring and engaging residents in an outpatient community corrections treatment facility. Position requires the ability to re-enforce positive and professional behaviors while enforcing facility rules and regulations, and completing the subsequent documentation related to both. Duties also include the monitoring of urinalysis tests, tracking client attendance and other administrative duties.
Applicant must be able to understand and apply conflict resolution, de-escalation, and positive reinforcement. Also included as duties are: monitoring the physical and virtual accountability of residents, report writing, other forms of documentation, chain of command protocol, and applicant must be able to show the ability of quality work and compliance of all facility tasks, documentation, and audits.
Must have a GED or High School Diploma, be 18 years of age or older, and able to lift 50 lbs. Also required is a valid Driver's License, and be able to pass a National Criminal Background check.
