Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate new hire training, workshops (both virtual and in-person), and deliver engaging learning experiences for all associates utilizing various instructional techniques to accommodate different learning styles.
- Ensures all team members are proficient in IRT standards, operational procedures, and property management software.
- Foster an interactive and supportive learning environment, encouraging participation and skill application.
- Provide individualized coaching and feedback to reinforce training concepts, support skill development, and professional growth.
- Administer assessments and evaluations to measure associate learning outcomes.
- Work closely with the Learning and Development team to update training materials and ensure consistency with company policies and industry best practices.
- Partner with training coordinator to track employee training
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in training facilitation preferred within the real estate or property management industry or other relevant experience. Bachelors degree preferred.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and facilitation techniques.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in property management software and related systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse teams.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to various property locations, IRT sponsored events, and industry conferences.
