Job Description:
Independence Rehab is actively looking to hire a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for Arbor Village a fantastic, well-regarded assisted living facility in Kent, WA.
In this role, you will treat our beloved geriatric residents on an outpatient basis, in an on-site gym.
The work schedule is Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30, but it can be adjusted to meet your individual scheduling needs.
Here are a few SNF practice-specific needs:
- Occasionally treating clinically complex patients
- Proficient with all types of transfers
- Provide adaptive ADL re-training

What we need from you:
- Current Washington State OTA license in good standing
- Associate degree from an accredited college or university
- Organized, self-starter with a love for the geriatric population
Our preference is a therapist who has worked at least one year in a geriatric care facility, but if you are a caring, passionate, licensed therapist who enjoys the geriatric population, we would love to hear from you!
