SUMMARY / JOB PURPOSE:
This person should have an in-depth knowledge of the specific job function. This person will be innovative, multi-skilled with exceptional communication skills, attention to details and provide administrative support as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support and align efforts to meet customer and business needs.
- Manage customer relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep others up-to-date on project results.
- Stay current with customer needs and strategies using formal and informal written communication methods.
- Advance data-entry skills with other administrative support as needed.
- Demonstrated fluency in business processes and process differentiation.
- Ability to analyze and synthesize business requirements, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processes.
- Meet with project team regularly to review project deliverables and deadlines.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, IT, finance, economics, related field or experience in lieu of degree.
- Ability to learn and understand complex concepts, practices and procedures of the insurance and financial industry.
- Superior time management and verbal communications skills.
- Adept in working with many different groups of people, at different levels of the organization, to achieve common goals.
- Capable of working in multiple projects simultaneously with limited supervision.
- Advance Microsoft skills.
- Attention to detail.
