As such, we’re looking for a Senior Director of Real Estate and Facilities Management to help us continue pushing our ambitious roadmap forward.
The Senior Director of Real Estate and Facilities Management is responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, development, and management of the company’s real estate portfolio and facilities operations. This role ensures that all properties are efficiently utilized, maintained, and aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives. The Director will lead a team of professionals and collaborate with various departments to support the company’s growth and operational needs.

Strategic Planning
- Develop and implement long-term real estate and facilities management strategies
- Identify opportunities for property acquisitions, disposals, and lease negotiations
- Align real estate strategies with the company’s overall business objectives
Facilities Management
- Oversee the maintenance, security, and operations of all company facilities
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Implement cost-effective and sustainable practices in facilities management
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of real estate and facilities management professionals
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment
- Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluation
Budget Management
- Develop and manage the annual budget for real estate and facilities operations
- Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures
- Ensure financial accountability and transparency
Vendor Management
- Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers
- Negotiate contracts and ensure quality service delivery
- Monitor vendor performance and address any issues promptly
Project Management
- Oversee real estate development and renovation projects
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate and facilities management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of real estate market trends, property management, and facilities operations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans
- Experience with budget management and financial analysis
- Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations
