What are the responsibilities and job description for the Independent Living Drivers Permit Instructor/Specialist position at Independent Living Resource Center?
ILRC is a not-for-profit agency providing services to persons-with-disabilities. We are seeking an enthusiastic team member to provide independent living skills services in our 7-county service area. This position requires building and maintaining strong relationships with our consumers and community partners. This individual will work with consumers assisting them to prepare for the drivers permit and drivers license exams . This individual will maintain complete confidentiality of any and all information concerning consumers or potential consumers of ILRC services, and ILRC staff. Duties include intake, goal and plan development, classroom instruction, documentation and reporting and other duties as needed. This is an entry level full time benefitted position with room for advancement. Occasional evening hours are required.
