Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Intake & Support: Process referrals, assist patients face-to-face, and ensure a smooth intake experience.

- Insurance & Documentation: Verify coverage, manage records, and prepare necessary paperwork for compliance.
- Customer Service: Address inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain service excellence.
- Office Organization: Keep work areas clean and organized for a professional environment.
Requirements:
- 1 years of experience in DME or healthcare customer service
- Familiarity with insurance processes and billing
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Proficient in computer use (word processing, email, etc.)
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and assist patients as needed
