Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated, forward-thinking leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and has experience launching small indie brands in the beauty or wellness space. This individual will take charge of day-to-day operations, make autonomous decisions, and collaborate closely with the founder on strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of scaling brands, overseeing product launches, and managing backend operations like Shopify and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities Operational Management

Oversee daily operations of the brand, ensuring smooth execution across all departments.
Manage Shopify backend, monitor financial health, and optimize e-commerce performance.
Coordinate with team members and vendors to address operational challenges.
Streamline workflows and create systems for efficiency and scalability.

Strategic Leadership

Collaborate with Dr. Gary Linkov on high-level decisions, while independently managing smaller decisions.

Develop and execute growth strategies to expand the brand’s presence in the hair care and skin care markets.

Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to keep the brand ahead of the curve.

Business Development

Identify and foster partnerships with retailers, influencers, and distribution channels.

Drive product launches from concept to market, ensuring alignment with brand vision.

Create and implement marketing campaigns to support brand growth and product awareness.

Financial Oversight

Track, analyze, and report on financial performance, budgets, and forecasts.

Optimize costs and manage vendor relationships to ensure profitability.

Team Collaboration

Lead and mentor a growing team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

Work cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and sales teams to ensure alignment.

Qualifications

Proven Experience : 5 years in operations, business development, or leadership roles within beauty, hair care, or skin care industries.

Launch Expertise : Demonstrated success launching and scaling small indie brands.

E-commerce Knowledge : Strong experience managing Shopify or similar platforms.

Financial Acumen : Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
