An education-focused content creator is seeking a Social Media Assistant to help film video content on-site in Baton Rouge. This role is ideal for a creative, tech-savvy individual who enjoys content creation and wants hands-on experience in social media production. Initially, the primary focus will be filming content (3-5 hours per week), but the role may expand to include video editing, content scheduling, and platform management across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
Key Responsibilities:
- Filming: Assist in capturing high-quality video content during scheduled sessions.
- Basic Setup: Ensure proper lighting, angles, and sound for video shoots.
- Content Organization: Help store and manage recorded footage.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the creator to bring their vision to life.
- Future Growth Areas (optional expansion):
- Video editing for short-form and long-form content
- Scheduling and posting content on social media

Ideal Candidate:
