What You Will Be Doing
As a Service Writer, your responsibilities will include conducting site surveys to collect essential information, such as barcodes, phone numbers, and details about switches, cards, and ports. You will be responsible for reserving and ordering phones for installations, as well as creating spreadsheets and CSV files containing the necessary information for the Central Office to program the devices.
Description Of Job Duties / Responsibilities
- Utilizing CMS for switch / card / port information
- Utilizing WireIT for Len Numbers & updating E911 information
- Writing WO’s that contain Disco / Install line items for Central Office personnel
- Creating DEF sheets within SupportIT
- Providing floor prints for installer
- Creating cut-sheets for Central Office / Installer
Required Skills, Experience, And Education
Clearance Required : Must possess an active TS / SCI with Full Scope Polygraph security clearance to be considered for this role.
