JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for ensuring day-to-day communication between Customers, Sales Reps, Management and appropriate team member. Maintaining Customer information, timekeeping and scheduling and other functions as directed by the management team.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES*:
Operates multiple lines telephone to answer, screen, or forward calls, taking messages, and scheduling appointments for services in southeastern Michigan
Schedules appointments using spreadsheet or software. Makes travel arrangements and manages route schedules.
Provides proper information and instruction to customers in a professional manner
Prepares necessary requirements for quote requests
Files/maintains records and provide resolutions to customer complaints
Supports fellow team members through positive actions and behaviors to maintain office fluidity and a professional environment
Enters and maintains all applicable data
Performs other duties as assigned
Prior experience in administrative and customer service
Ability to answer multiple lines telephone
Ability to work as part of a team and interact effectively with others
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task
Experience in, but not limited to QuickBooks, Q Express, Outlook, Word, Excel and Google Maps
A "Get It Done” mindset
Ability to adapt to different situations as job responsibilities may change at any time due to business needs
