With an established presence on Etsy, eBay, Amazon, and our Shopify storefront, we’re seeking a proactive E-Commerce Coordinator to help optimize online operations, grow sales, and enhance our customer experience.
Position Overview:
The E-Commerce Coordinator will manage product listings, oversee online sales operations, and execute marketing initiatives across Amazon, Etsy, eBay, and Shopify. This role requires attention to detail, a passion for e-commerce, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
E-Commerce Store Management:
- Create, optimize, and maintain product listings on Shopify, Etsy, eBay, and Amazon.
- Manage inventory levels, pricing updates, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure product descriptions, images, and metadata align with platform-specific best practices.
- Monitor daily orders and ensure timely fulfillment and shipping coordination.
Digital Marketing Support:
- Assist in executing PPC campaigns (Amazon Ads, Etsy Ads, Google Shopping) to boost traffic and sales.
- Optimize product listings for SEO to improve organic rankings across all marketplaces.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on email campaigns, promotions, and social media integrations.
Customer Engagement & Service:
- Respond to customer inquiries and reviews across all sales platforms.
- Handle post-sale communications, including returns and exchanges, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Monitor feedback and reviews to maintain high seller ratings on all platforms.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track key performance metrics like conversion rates, ad performance, sales trends, and inventory turnover.
- Provide regular reports with actionable insights to improve sales and optimize operations.
- Identify opportunities for product bundling, upselling, and cross-selling strategies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred but not required. Equivalent experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or retail operations will also be considered.
- 2 years of e-commerce experience, preferably with multi-platform management (Shopify, Etsy, eBay, Amazon).
- Understanding of SEO, product optimization, and e-commerce best practices.
- Experience with PPC advertising (Amazon Ads, Etsy Ads, Google Ads) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets, and marketplace reporting tools.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
