Requirements :
We're seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team, focusing on cost analysis, production scheduling, and process improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities :
- Cost Analysis : Collect and analyze data about the company’s operational costs.
- Standard Costing : Develop and maintain standard costs for manufactured goods.
- Cost Control : Monitor costs to ensure they align with planned amounts.
- Planning : Assist in the preparation of Annual Operating Plans and forecasts.
- Production Scheduling : Develop and maintain production schedules using Microsoft AX.
- Inventory Management : Oversee inventory valuation and reconciliation.
- Process Improvement : Identify and recommend cost-effective solutions to improve efficiency.
- Audit Support : support internal and external audits.
- Work closely with production, sales, and purchasing teams to develop and adjust schedules to meet production goals.
- Develop and manage production schedules to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
- Monitor schedules for adherence and adjust as necessary to meet production goals
- Data Analysis : Analyze production specifications and plant capacity and demonstrated capabilities data to determine opportunities
- Monitoring : Monitor the production process, make routine production reports, and resolve any potential delays.
- Issue Resolution : Assess and identify any issues that might have an impact on the production schedule and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Communication : Communicate with management about the status of production schedules and any potential issues that may arise.
- Validating delivery schedules and ensuring timely delivery
- Processing and tracking orders while handling order issues
- Maintaining records of purchase orders, supplier contracts, and delivery schedules
- Providing administrative and clerical support to the purchasing department
- Researching vendors and collecting data related to goods and services
- Procurement of resins, packaging materials, and general supplies needed throughout the facility
- All other duties as they may be assigned
