Index Analytics is seeking a Senior Manager Performance and Process Improvement to help lead program, project, and product management activities related to delivery, quality assurance, process automation and other improvements. Successful candidates need strong knowledge and experience managing complex technical programs in a government environment, and implementing and managing quality management and quality reporting systems. Responsibilities
- Manage a team of people that support program, project, and product delivery activities related to delivery, quality assurance, and process automation.
- Monitor and report program performance, including Objectives and Key Results (OKR’s), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Quality Assurance metrics, schedule timelines, and process outcomes and outputs.
- Support strategic planning by applying methodologies and frameworks to ensure delivery aligns with organization goals and objectives.
- Establish and maintain appropriate governance structures to ensure timely delivery, accurate reporting, and sustained quality.
- Support prioritization and alignment of product portfolio with strategic goals to maximize value to our client and our users. Assist in identifying, managing, and mitigating risks and issues.
- Implement and manage quality management and quality reporting systems.
- Serve as a liaison between client program management and internal program delivery.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- US citizen or lived in the US for 3 of the last 5 years. Must be able to obtain a U.S. Federal government client badge and pass a government background investigation.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT or relevant discipline required, or equivalent experience.
- 10 years of experience supporting IT program, project, product or quality management is required.
- 5 years of hands-on experience managing a program PMO in a federal government environment is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, as demonstrated by experience leading and presenting at meetings having many participants from multiple organizations, as well as reporting program results to demanding clientele.
- Familiarity with the Scaled Agile Framework, Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence are a plus.
- Prior experience working with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, especially with the Centers for Program Integrity, is a big plus.
The salary range provided represents the estimated compensation for new hires in this position, applicable across all locations. Actual offers may vary based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and market conditions. Index complements its base salary offering with a competitive package that includes health and retirement benefits, discretionary bonuses, and reimbursement for professional development opportunities.
