This is a full-time seasonal position at Index Fresh Inc. in Bloomington, CA. The Box Machine Operator will operate the box former machines and coordinate the process to ensure safety and efficiency. This role requires strong machine operation skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
The successful candidate will have experience working with machinery, be able to lift up to 35 pounds, and operate hand and electric pallet jacks to move loads up to 1000 Lbs. Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new processes are also essential for this role.

The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, requiring adaptability and flexibility. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to work in different areas and near wet floors.

- Set up and operate the box former machines
- Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition
- Perform machine maintenance as required per the P.M. charts
- Comply with all food safety and GMP requirements
