• Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy and to all ages
• Provide psychological evaluations to all ages
• Provide supervision and training to psychology trainees under the direction of the Training Director as part of our APA-Accredited psychology internship program
• Provide school-based services at Anishinabe Academy at least one day a week
• Provide rotating after-hours and weekend on-call services
• Actively participate in decolonization and indigenization of work processes, mental health services, and professional development Qualifications: Best Qualified Candidates Will Have:
• Verification as a Licensed Psychologist in the State of MN by start date
• Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or related degree from an APA-accredited program
• 5,000 hours of experience in clinical assessment and therapy of high-risk children, adolescents and adults [Completion of APA-Accredited doctoral internship preferred]
• Experience in trauma-focused therapy interventions and child and adult assessment
• Experience and understanding of Native American/Indigenous culture and community, and a willingness to actively work on decolonizing health care systems
• Excellent communication skills, clear and concise writing skills, the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, strong collaboration skills, and the capacity for self-reflection
