Job Summary:
This position involves assisting the grounds supervisor and maintenance department in maintaining the grounds of the IHCC Campus.

Minimum Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous relevant experience preferred.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Work Performed
- Operate and maintain various types of equipment including mowers, tractors, weedeaters, chainsaws, tillers, etc.
- Mow and perform general labor, may include lifting up to 50 lbs. or more.
- Maintain landscape areas by mulching, pruning, planting, and weeding.
- Keep grounds free of litter and debris.
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance
- Perform duties in accordance with OSHA regulations.
- Other duties as may be assigned.
