IAF manufactures fasteners for the automotive industry. We are searching for hard-working individuals to join our team as Shipping and Receiving Team Members.
Overtime is required when mandated. All positions will train on first shift after going to the off shift. We are 24-hour / day operation.
Starting pay is $21.00 / hour plus shift premium when working those hours :
- 1.00 / hour (2nd shift)
- 2.00 / hour (3rd shift)

What we’ll do together.
Verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment by performing the following duties. Ensures that customer requirements are followed while preparing shipments. The Team Member must follow all safety and work policy requirements while performing job duties. Each team member must be in compliance with quality and delivery expectations in order to maintain and / or reduce cost.
Cooperative in performing 4S practices in finished products storage and shipping areas, as well as, cleaning all equipment to maintain safe and effective running procedures
