Indiana Behavior Analysis Academy (IBAA) offers positions at three expanding locations (all in Kokomo, IN). You’ll have the opportunity to work at our Early Learning Center (ages 2 yrs - 7yrs), our Intermediate Learning Center (ages 7 yrs -18 yrs) or at our IBAA and Options Charter School location (ages 10 yrs -18 yrs). We are now accepting applications for part-time and full-time Monday through Friday. Part-time positions require some flexibility in scheduled hours.

IBAA takes pride in our training and supervision system. You’ll work closely with our Training Coordinator and talented management team. You’ll also be matched with an experienced therapist. For those currently not certified, you'll be taught all of the skills you’ll need to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Your success is our success.

Requirements : Requirements :

• 18 years-old or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to adapt to situations quickly and with a positive attitude.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Physical Requirements :

Experience working with children in a childcare, education, or pediatric healthcare setting is preferred, but not required.
