This position is responsible for performing administrative/clerical duties as required by the Business Operations Director. Also serves as primary gatekeeper of the management and administration of all tasks related to Certificate of Insurance (COI) compliance and coverage for all clients and vendors.

This position is responsible for performing administrative/clerical duties as required by the Business Operations Director. Also serves as primary gatekeeper of the management and administration of all tasks related to Certificate of Insurance (COI) compliance and coverage for all clients and vendors.
Duties:
- May be expected to provide administrative support related to Human Resource processes and functions.
- Provide administrative support related to the Business Operations Department.
- Assist Business Operations Director and Contract Administration with tasks related to the administration of the ICCLOS Minority Participation Program.
- Assist with ensuring that purchases comply with the State and Local MBE/WBE requirements; informing departments on the importance and the process of complying with State and local requirements, and monitors the overall success of the process.
- Set-up and input Purchase Requisitions for Business Operations staff.
- Prepare memos, letters, emails, and correspondence as needed.
- Organize and maintain an accurate general filing system.
- Assist with coordinating work for outside contractors.
- Assist with annual ERP drill procedures.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and send, receive and distribute facsimile messages
- Assist with maintaining adequate supply of office supplies.
- Other duties as assigned by the Business Operations Director.
