As an IndiGO Scheduler/Dispatcher, duties include:
· Scheduler for our Shared Ride and MATP Program.
· Using the scheduling software effectively and efficiently.
·Resolve passenger, Bus Operator, and Dispatcher problems and issues as they arise.
· Assisting Shared Ride clients by providing excellent customer service.
· Monitors and reacts to Ecolane Scheduling Operation.
· Monitors and reacts to Avail, notify supervisors when operators are not on schedule.
· Problem-solving.
The IndiGO Shared Ride program provides much-needed door-to-door transportation for seniors, those with disabilities and the public. You will be assisting clients with their transportation needs for medical appointments, grocery shopping, and other errands.
