What are the responsibilities and job description for the Brand Copywriter & Designer position at Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance?
We Are Looking For Someone Who Can

- Creating branded content development, copywriting, and design for corporate marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Performing research and staying current with design trends for brand strategy to ensure content is relevant, impactful, and compliant.
- Collaborating with the Corporate Marketing & Advertising team and Field Marketing team to ensure designs accurately reflect the company's desired image and messaging.
- Producing materials such as emails, direct mail, website copy, signage, and other marketing tactics as needed.
- Assisting in the planning of corporate event marketing and activation.
- Copywriting across different marketing channels and applying the correct brand tone and messaging.
- Performing analysis and ongoing research on design and industry trends.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant work experience.
- 5 years of marketing or design experience.
- Working knowledge of marketing design techniques and tactics.
- Knowledge of printing, digital marketing, and copywriting methods and best practices to apply them as needed.
- Understanding of UX/UI design for email marketing and AP writing style.
- Developed skillset in graphic design, multimedia design, advertising, copywriting, and editorial work.
- Ability to demonstrate strong attention to detail with accuracy, review trends, keeping up with competitive analysis.
- Effectively communicate company products and marketing initiatives in the brand tone as directed to the consumer.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite programs, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD.
