Primary Responsibilities
- Sources candidates using company ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake, etc.
- Prescreens and phone interviews qualified candidates.
- Works with hiring managers on the selection and offering process.
- Partners with hiring managers to identify candidate “must-haves” and create job posting details.
- Is the main point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Supports the internship program and Welcome to Farm Bureau Day.
- Helps establish employer branding by attending networking events and career fairs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field or equivalent work experience.
- 5 years of recruiting experience including managing candidates throughout the selection process.
- Ability to develop a year-round recruitment calendar to meet the needs of IFBI business needs and projects.
- Ability to develop a candidate pipeline/network for targeted talent pools.
- Previous project management experience preferred.
- Experience in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems and an in depth understanding of the end-to-end workflow necessary for an effective ATS.
- Exceptional customer service focus as well as impeccable engagement, follow-through, and adaptability while meeting clients’ needs.
