Indiana Fitness Works is looking for a full time Healthcare Recruiter in Indianapolis, IN. Indiana Fitness Works is a privately owned and operated rehabilitation company. We provide Physical, Occupational, Respiratory and Speech/Language Therapy to skilled, assisted, and pediatric facilities.
We also hire CNA’s, QMA’s, LPN’s, and RN’s. We recruit for 15 Skilled long term care facilities, 5 assisted living facilities, 2 pediatrics facilities, and Home Health services.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Creating and running ads for hire, monitoring, and following up on candidates
- Collaborating with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
- Screening and interviewing candidates
- Negotiating job offers for nursing staff
- Onboarding new hires, setting up applicant’s files, and setting up orientation
- Staying up to date on licenses and medical documents
- Focusing on improving retention and recruiting needs
- High School Diploma – Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2 years of experience in a recruitment role
- Previous experience in healthcare
- Excellent communication skills- written and oral
