Basic Job Description:
Coding Medical Records: You'll review patient medical records to accurately assign and CPT codes. This is a key part of making sure everything is correctly documented.
Claim Preparation: Your role includes creating and submitting insurance claims to payers. You'll be responsible for including important details like patient demographics and procedure codes.
Claim Follow-Up: You'll connect with insurance companies to check on the status of any outstanding claims and help resolve any billing issues that may arise.
Patient Billing: You’ll have the important task of generating patient statements, explaining charges clearly, and managing patient payments with a friendly touch.
Data Analysis: You'll keep an eye on billing trends and look for areas where we can improve our processes.
Compliance Maintenance: Staying up to date with coding guidelines and regulations ensures that we maintain accurate billing practices.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED Required.

Tuesday: 8am- 6:30pm
Wednesday: 8am- 12pm
Thursday: 8am-4:30pm
Friday: 8am-4:30pm

Pay: $16.80 - $18.50 per hour
