Responsibilities:
- Answer client calls, respond to inquiries, and resolve problems in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist agents with sales efforts, including scheduling appointments and quoting insurance.
- Determine the best course of action to resolve client complaints and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex issues.
- Develop strong relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs and delivering solutions that exceed their expectations.
- Work closely with management to prioritize activities, meet business objectives, and continuously improve processes.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an insurance background is highly desirable.
- The ability to obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license within the first two years is mandatory.
- Strong communication skills, numerical concepts, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
