PURPOSE

Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Address employee grievances and mediate conflicts.
- Promote employee engagement and retention through various initiatives.
- HR Policies and Compliance:
- Maintain and update HR policies to ensure compliance with federal and state laws.
- Conduct regular audits of HR practices and records.
- Ensure all employee records are accurate and confidential.
- Performance Management:
- Oversee performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers.
- Assist in developing performance improvement plans.
- Support employee development through training and career development programs.
- Benefits Administration:
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and issues.

- Payroll Processing:
- Oversee and manage the payroll process to ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries.

Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Familiarity with credit union operations and regulations is a plus.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR software (ADP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
