Indiana Sports Corp provides internship opportunities that immerse students in a professional working environment while introducing them to the not-for-profit industry. Internships are available based on business needs and can include event and volunteer operations; communications; marketing; graphic design; community engagement; sports tourism; business development; and finance. ISC’s fast paced and entrepreneurial working environment offers each intern a rich experience within his/her chosen area; however, interns are exposed to all functional areas of the company to reinforce the important role collaboration plays in a successful company.
Term: Summer 2025 - May 12, 2025 - August 15, 2025.
Compensation: $2000 Stipend. Payment schedule discussed during the interview.
Location: On-site - Indianapolis, Indiana. Relocation or housing is not available.

This internship will focus on grassroots promotional and community impact efforts to raise awareness, increase engagement, and share opportunities related to our future events. The intern will gain knowledge and experience through managing promotional item inventory, creating a promotional plan, assisting with impact initiatives, and coordinating event logistics.

This internship experience will include the following tasks:
- Organizing and coordinating promotional booths at events.
- Assisting with developing engagement strategy for promotional event and community impact opportunities for events including, the NCAA D2 Winter Festival, NIT/WBIT, Men’s and Women’s Big Ten Basketball Championships, and more!
- Assisting with the implementation of impact programs surrounding various events.
- Assisting in organizing and inventorying promotional items at the warehouse.
- Supporting event planning efforts for marketing and engagement events/meetings such as Locker Room Lunches, committee meetings, and community events.
- Executing tasks related to event marketing plans.
- Assisting with concepting and implementing strategies around marketing & engagement efforts.
- Assisting with community engagement, community events, and activations throughout the city.
Requirements:
Undergraduate
Any undergraduate student who is currently enrolled or accepted to an accredited college or university.
Graduate
Any student who has recently graduated from an accredited college or university or any student who is currently enrolled in or accepted to an accredited graduate school.
