Job Summary
Department-Specific Responsibilities
- Establishes the inaugural UES cross-functional reporting team to service all areas within UES and collaborate closely with UES functional teams in support of their daily work.
- Manages a team of reporting professionals who build and run operational reports leveraging data within the SIS, IUIE, DSS, and other systems.
- Trains reporting team members on SQL, data structures, Power Automate, etc., and grow team members to expand their reporting skills.
- Oversees all UES Power Automate processes and leverage Power Automate and other technologies to increase operational efficiency.
- Provides and helps analyze ad hoc reports as needed to UES team members and other campus constituents.
- Prepares data summaries, data visualizations, and data slide decks for leadership.
- Collaborates with Institutional Analytics and others to explore solutions to reporting needs and seek assistance with analysis as needed.

This role requires the ability to effectively communicate and to operate a computer and other standard office productivity equipment. The position involves sedentary work as well as periods of time moving around an office environment and the campus.
