Job Summary
The Archivo de Respuestas Emergencias de Puerto Rico (AREPR) seeks a developer with the digital expertise to assist with Omeka S subsites. The goal of this project is to document the innovative disaster response strategies developed and implemented by community organizations across Puerto Rico. The project is part of an application to the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation.
Department- Specific Responsibilities
- Committed to working with community organizations and activists on interdisciplinary topics.
- Coordinates communications across community organizations, student employees, and other relevant stakeholders concerning Omeka S subsites.
- Develops modules that best meet the needs of community groups; attending and facilitating training events and workshops on preserving cultural heritage artifacts in Omeka S.
- Troubleshoots technical or logistical issues pertaining to the project.

Advertised Salary
59,841-$70,000 based on internal equity.
