Job Summary
Department-Specific Responsibilities
- Implements a system to track future funding needs and recommend hiring based on funding available.
- Helps streamline tracking of current effort and communication with administrative staff on funding.
- Tracks current funding and grant years to coordinate with PIs and / or program managers (internally and externally to the department) on funding changes needed.
- Works with staff supervisor's and project leads to allocate personnel to projects and relocate efforts on projects, as needed.
- Assists with onboarding of new employees by coordinating training, as needed for individual project needs (such as Qualtrics and Redcap).
- Collects feedback on project performance, document issues, and follow-up on improvement.
- Assists supervisors with scheduling, providing feedback from projects, and tracking of staff annual reviews.
- Helps with grant applications and existing awards by providing requested documents.
- Submits service center and cloud data requests.
- Assists with service center project creation and cloud data tracking; generates monthly reports on usage.
- Assists with administrative support for coordinating meetings and training sessions and helping with itineraries for hiring.

This role requires the ability to effectively communicate and to operate a computer and other standard office productivity equipment.
