Job Summary
Department Specific Responsibilities
- Provides clerical support and assistance to HR Director.
- Provides support to other HR staff.
- Coordinates, processes, verifies, and maintains HR related documentation, which may include recruitment, training, employee relations, performance evaluations, classifications and I-9s.
- Assists HR team by researching information.
- Performs data entry for processing transactions and maintaining and keeping employee information current.
- Maintains high standards of confidentiality of all employee records and documents.
- Processes all new student worker hires.
- Coordinates with Healthy IU committee chair for all campus initiatives.
- Initiates offer letters and completes onboarding / welcome process for new employees.
- Assists with job postings and interviews as needed.
- Assists with Social Media.
