Job Summary
- Staffs the Equipment Checkout Room, receives and responds to requests for equipment, check equipment in and out to patrons.
- Provides basic demonstrations to patrons, training on how to operate CeLT equipment.
- Provides basic technical support for users of the CeLT distance learning classrooms.
- Cleans and sanitizes the spaces managed by CeLT, both routinely scheduled and as needed.
- Completes basic multimedia (audio and video) editing projects using Adobe Creative Cloud and other relevant tools.
- Supports center events, including logistics, planning, and creating publicity materials (social media posts, etc.).
- As needed, assists with video recording of CeLT and CLE-supported events on campus.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Experience gained in this position that will complement a student's academic program or professional career goals : Customer service. Multimedia recording and editing. Producing publicity materials using Microsoft Office and the Adobe Creative Cloud. Using social media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) for publicity. Basic event management.
- Basic technical support for audio, video, and computer equipment.
