IU Health is currently seeking a Consultant - Quality Improvement to support the Neuro Administration at Methodist Hospital . The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, flexible business hours, no call! The ideal candidate is a Clinical Nurse Specialist or Clinical Nurse Specialist student. Experience with neuroscience population preferred. • Bachelors Degree required.
• Masters degree in clinical healthcare or business preferred.
• Registered Nurse with an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license preferred. Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) certification preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience. Microsoft Office skills to include: Word, Excel, Access, Power Point and SharePoint. May require knowledge of data entry systems (e.g. NCQA IDSS/ISS tools, electronic health records, supplemental databases, HEDIS software tools). Occasional local travel (no overnight).
