This position is onsite at our Shadeland Ave office 1-2 days/week.

This position is responsible for leading Revenue Cycle operations for all assigned Revenue Cycle Services teams. Provides departmental administrative decision making, leadership, and strategic planning, including the efficient and productive use of personnel and other financial resources. Ensures high quality standardized work processes that result in consistent outcomes that compare favorably with relevant national benchmarks. The incumbent must possess strong subject matter expertise and leadership in order to support a diverse and complex operating environment and span of control. This individual will maximize the team's ability to improve processes and eliminate waste through education and quality programs.

Preferred qualifications:

Education/training background.

Experience with reducing defects and ultimately write-offs through quality processes.
