RCS-Project Manager (Professional PFS)

Build your career with IU Health! We have an exciting opportunity available for a Project Manager to join the RCS – Patient Financial Services (PFS) team at our Indianapolis location on a hybrid schedule.

Project management experience and skills highly preferred along with excellent MS Excel skills; SQL skills preferred with budgetary/finance/controller skills a plus. AR knowledge is preferred as this role will represent PFS operations at a professional level to ensure business integrations and new/expanding business are stood up successfully while operations maintains key metric performance. This role will serve as the operational project manager for projects assigned by the Executive Director that includes AR improvements and metrics. This role will work closely with multiple levels of leadership as well as internal and external business partners of RCS.

We are looking for a candidate with:

• Project management experience.
• Medical billing & collections/Accts Receivable experience (professional preferred to facility
• Proficient to highly skilled in MS Office applications (particularly EXCEL); SQL experience definite plus
• Executive presence – experience working with and presenting to executive level leadership
• Financial & labor budgeting/controller experience definite plus
