This position will be apart of the growing Pediatric Integrated Behavioral Health (Peds IBH) team! This is a clinical role that will work in pediatric/primary care offices as a member of the primary care team to help address anxiety, depression, and misbehavior in kids and adolescents using evidence-based behavioral health interventions.

Cares for patients who have complex psychosocial needs or require assistance from social support programs or community assistance. Interviews patients and relatives to obtain social history relevant to medical problems and planning. Assists patients with environmental difficulties that interfere with obtaining maximum benefits from medical care. Serves as liaison between medical and nursing staffs, patients, relatives and appropriate outside agencies.
