Team Lead-Information Services
(This is a hybrid position with some onsite work in Indianapolis, Indiana)
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill our Team Lead position on COMS. This role is essential in supporting our team members as well as helping to ensure the seamless integration, support, and implementation of various third-party applications used across our organization. The successful candidate will work closely with the manager as a leader team to support team members.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversees day-to-day functions within a team and provides advice and guidance as necessary.
- Conducts training sessions with employees so they feel equipped with new knowledge and skills to remain current.
- Utilizes expertise to assist in dispersing assignments and reviews assignments for accuracy and quality.
- Develops strategies for the team to utilize to reach goals.
STRONGLY PREFERRED:
- Previous experience with clinical application support
- Previous experience in leading projects or initiatives
- Previous leadership experience preferred, not mandatory
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Previous experience building standard processes for support
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience.
- Requires knowledge in business or clinical applications and supporting technology.
