PED-COMPARATIVE EFFECTIVENESS (IN-PCER-IUINA)
The Department of Pediatrics employs nearly 1,000 faculty and staff who work alongside employees of Riley Hospital for Children and students of IU School of Medicine (IUSM) to make Riley Children's Health Indiana's largest and most skilled pediatric system. The McNally lab, focusing on Autism research, is seeking a Project Management Specialist to assist with the execution of federally funded research projects including project oversight, budget monitoring, and multi-site coordination.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000. Salary determination is based on a combination of experience, skill level, education, and training.

Department-Specific Responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing a multi-site international NIH funded study titled the Alama Project.
- Responsible for communicating with all sites, including the international partner.
- Responsible for day-to-day study team operations including administrative/operational oversight and assistance with IRB compliance, coordination with Biostatistics team, payments and purchasing, adherence to Department, University, and NIH policies, and facilitating communications and meetings between the investigators, consultants, and agency leadership.
- Supports the study team in preparing data for dissemination.
- Manages medium to large projects, from start to finish, ensuring on time completion within budget.
- Develops project plan(s) and efficiently analyzes, tracks, forecasts, and reports on project metrics and shortfalls.
- Coordinates and facilitates efforts of project team(s) consisting of various staff and hourly employees.
- Communicates ongoing changes in tasks, goals, or performance.
- Collaborates to ensure that project objectives are achieved within established time frames.
- Participates in client meetings, vendor/contract decisions, and development of project requirements and specifications.
- May provide guidance and support to less experienced peers.
EDUCATION

- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
