- Coordinates assignments related to utility work for repair and rehabilitation, capital, construction, maintenance, and infrastructure projects.
- Documents and reports issues and participates in planning upgrades and outage projects.
- Performs technical inspections, performs utility locates, makes recommendations, and provides other technical support for utilities work.
- Relays reported problems to the appropriate staff and may assist with periodic scheduled and ad hoc inspections to identify repair and maintenance needs.
- Coordinates fulfillment of work orders for corrective action and routine maintenance; monitors progress, escalating complex matters as needed.
- Responds to emergencies in an on-call rotation.
EDUCATION
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent (such as HSED or GED)
WORK EXPERIENCE
- 5 years verifiable journey level experience in electrical field (preference for medium voltage experience)
