Duties and Responsibilities
- Process all course grades; research and resolve potential discrepancies, track approved grade changes, process late grade reports
- Process and monitor academic standing; notify students regarding changes
- Support enrollment reporting to National Student Clearinghouse
- Process credit related to assessed learning
- Assist with graduation workflow processing
- Understand all National & Global program requirements, including pre-requisites and program continuation policies
Qualifications: According to Indiana Wesleyan University employment policy all employees must possess a strong Christian commitment and adhere to the standards outlined in the IWU Community Lifestyle Statement.
Education
- High School Diploma required
Experience
- Experience in higher education preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures
