Duties and Responsibilities
- Teach assigned courses and provide substantive feedback and mentoring to students
- Facilitate in-person intensive sessions and/or online learning as assigned.
- Collaborate with colleagues on assessment and provide feedback to improve curriculum and the student experience. - (Essential)
Qualifications: According to Indiana Wesleyan University employment policy all employees must possess a strong Christian commitment and adhere to the standards outlined in the IWU Community Lifestyle Statement.
Education
- A minimum of a Master’s degree in a business or related field.
Experience
- Previous teaching experience as either a professor, or in professional training and development.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in entrepreneurial education or as an entrepreneur or serving entrepreneurs.
Required Skills
- Ability to facilitate online and classroom discussions in engaging and energizing ways.
- Ability to provide feedback to students on the ideation process, value proposition creations, and business model planning.
- Ability to collaborate as a subject matter expert to assist in curriculum development and revising.
