What are the responsibilities and job description for the 2024 Field Operations Crew position at Indianapolis Indians?
Responsibilities:
Pre-game: cleaning shop and equipment, tearing down batting practice, chalking foul lines, assisting with watering the infield, and any additional game setup
Mid-game: dragging the infield, changing bases, pulling field tarp on and off during inclement weather
Post-game: cleaning dugouts, picking up chalk lines, assisting with clay work, setting out batting practice equipment, tarping mounds and plates

The Indianapolis Indians seek candidates to provide a high level of support to the Victory Field Field Operations Staff during Indianapolis Indians home games and other events. Other Duties:
Assist with Indians promotions including, but not limited to, Friday Fireworks and Knot Hole Kids Club Fun Run.
Minimum Qualifications:
Coachable and willing to learn new techniques, skills, and practices.

Compensation:
$10.00 hourly; estimated 4-6 hours per shift.
