Duties
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for toddler age children
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding their child's progress
- Monitor and assess each child's individual needs and provide appropriate support
- Manage classroom behavior and promote positive discipline techniques
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning environment
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of the children
- Classroom management: Ability to create a structured and engaging classroom environment
- Early childhood education: Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Caregiving: Experience in providing care and support to young children
- First aid: Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred
- Behavior management: Ability to effectively manage challenging behaviors in a positive manner
- Toddler care: Experience working with toddlers and understanding their unique needs
