What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full-Time Teacher Assistant position at Indianapolis Public Schools?
Small Wonders Childcare / Preschool Programs are expanding and seeking energetic, experienced Early Childhood teachers/assistants to join our team of professionals. In this position, you will be responsible for the early education needs of our students. A background in early childhood development is preferred (but not required) along with the ability to plan relatable and age-appropriate lessons through a variety of learning exercises and experiences.

- CDA and above education (preferred but not required)
- Must be able to meet scheduled state licensing requirements (Fingerprinting, Drug Test, TB Test, Required Childcare Modules)
- Must be patient and compassionate to young children's needs and emotions
