Reporting to the Director of Brandy Strategy, this role will oversee marketing campaigns, manage digital and print content, and analyze data to optimize performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase awareness and ticket sales.
- Leverage data from Google Analytics, CRM, and social insights to refine strategies.
- Manage website updates, paid and organic search, and on-site promotions.
- Collaborate with internal teams on branding, sponsorships, and public relations.
- Oversee part-time marketing staff and manage vendor relationships.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
- 5-8 years of marketing experience, preferably in visitor-based attractions.
- Strong project management, analytical and communication skills
- Experience with Google Analytics, digital advertising, and CRM tools.
- A passion for wildlife conservation and guest engagement
