Description : The Role
As an Activation Associate, you will be responsible for executing paid media campaigns for our clients. With support of the Activation team, you will develop paid media strategies, implement paid search and paid social plans, and identify and execute ongoing optimizations. You will also support day-to-day media operations and reporting. This role requires an analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
- Support planning, setup, and optimization of paid media campaigns across platforms, such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube
- Ensure paid media campaigns are set up in alignment with platform best practices
- Monitor campaign performance and identify trends, insights and optimization opportunities
- Develop keyword lists, ad copy files, and creative testing recommendations
- Develop weekly and monthly performance reports
- Manage internal budget and campaign performance tracking
- Research consumer and competitive insights to develop target audience segments, bid type recommendations, and creative best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand client goals and business objectives and ensure alignment of paid media campaigns to broader marketing efforts
- Foster positive client relationships through proactive and detail-oriented approach
