indiGO Auto Groups Porsche St. Louis is looking for an experienced Title Clerk to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to work for an exciting company in a fast-paced environment, in a state-of-the-art facility.

Here is what an ordinary day of work may look like:
- Complete DMV Registration paperwork through Web Dealer, AIB or ATC out of State Transactions
- Verify legal documents relating to transfer of vehicles Retail and Wholesale to the Department of Motor Vehicles (all-states).
- Post accounting entries related to all DMV registration transactions
- Enter all information necessary into the title administration computer system.
- Ensure the Tax and Title Fees are properly completed and collected.
- Promptly process documents to ensure tax and fees are reported and paid in a timely manner.
- Assist with Processing Retail and Wholesale deals in accounting as a floater in accounting.
- Prefer Dealership Title Work and Accounting Experience.
The opportunity is for you if you have:
- Minimum of 2 years experience Title processing (Texas and Out-of-State title work) required
- CDK / ADP Experience strongly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Self-motivated and diligent
- Extremely organized with dedicated attention to detail
- Clear focus on delivering work of the highest quality
- Willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check
- Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times
